The Padded Foot Plate for Standard Footbar is used for jumping exercises. It features a durable black Boltaflex Colorguard vinyl surface that cleans easily with common cleaning agents. This Foot Plate is ONLY compatible with the Studio Reformer with Standard Footbar – please call Balanced Body if you have a different Reformer / Footbar combination.
Risers elevate the pulleys 2″ to 13″ (5cm to 33cm) above the frame, enabling you to change the angle of resistance. Risers also allow the ropes to pass above the shoulder pads, which prevents scuffing of the pads. Includes wood riser and mounting hardware only.

With this reformers carriage stop system you do not need stop extensions. You can see in the photo that the carriage stops move from hole to hole keeping the carriage and springs consistent with the adjustments made. There are no buttons to push, levers to pull, or anything to screw. You simply lift it up and move it to the next hole. This allows the users to get a consistent workout.
